半导体器件（高级）工程师
【岗位职责】
1. 与晶圆生产部门协作，进行设计、优化和量产第三代半导体功率器件。
2. 协助设计、并监控外延和器件工艺的稳定性和可靠性。
3. 与封装、可靠性测试等多部门协作，对器件设计和工艺进行量产可行性验证，实现满足量产和设计需求的产品。
4. 与失效分析部门合作，研究失效机理，给出解决和预防方案。
5. 统计分析相关数据，建立器件设计规范、积累设计经验。
6. 负责制定计划，对晶圆生产投片、晶圆加工、晶圆测试、芯片封装和器件测试等流程进行管控，确保项目进度按照计划执行。
7. 能够清晰准确的进行项目进度情况整理和汇报。
【岗位要求】
1. 已获得微电子等半导体相关专业的硕士或博士学位，具备半导体器件设计、半导体测试分析相关的经历。
2. 精通半导体功率器件的工作原理。
3. 至少具备3年的化合物半导体加工工艺经验，与GaN FETs相关经验和IC产业工作经验优先。
4. 具备器件版图设计能力，熟知晶圆工艺监控结构（PCM）的设计和分析方法，了解device scaling。
5. 具备半导体器件仿真工具的使用能力。
6. 具备半导体器件失效机理分析者优先。
7. 具备设计和执行DOE项目的能力，并能够将DOE设计同器件性能优化和器件可靠性优化有效关联起来获得最终优化结构。
8. 优异的沟通和书写能力。能够与公司内从管理层到基层技术人员的各级别人员进行有效沟通。

(Senior) Semiconductor Device Engineer
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Work with fabrication foundry to design and engineer next generation power semiconductor device products.
2. Help design and monitor efficient process/epi material experiments.
3. Work with multiples teams including packaging and reliability test to determine reliable designs and processes that pass product qualification.
4. Work with the failure analysis team to determine failure mechanism and come up with solutions.
5. Organize and analyze data. Establish design boundaries and knowledge base.
6. Responsible for planning, maintaining wafer lots from fab start, probe, backside, packaging, final test to meet program schedule.
7. Generate status update presentations in a clear and organized format.
Qualifications:
1. Masters/Ph.D. level education on semiconductor device Physics, design, testing and analysis.
2. Solid understanding of power devices and operations.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in compound semiconductor processing is required. Work with Gallium Nitride FETs and industry experience preferred.
4. Ability to design device masks with PCM features. Understanding of device scaling.
5. Knowledge of semiconductor device simulation tools.
6. Knowledge of device failure mechanisms is a plus.
7. Ability to perform design-of-experiment (DOE) for final design with optimum performance and reliability.
8. Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to interface with various levels of staff from management to engineers to technicians.
9. Self-motivated with a passion to generate real-world products as a career goal.
(Senior) Engineer of Semiconductor Packaging
Duties/Responsibilities:
This senior technical contributor role will develop advanced packages for high performance power semiconductor products with high reliability,
low cost and mass production capability by collaborating with related departments and suppliers outside of company
1. Will begin as a “hands on” packaging designer for advanced high power discrete and module products.
2. Keep up with modern technology trends, engineer new packages for low parasitics and small form factors within design and assembly rules.
3. Analyze stress, thermal capability and electrical performance with in-depth knowledge of thermal-mechanical and electro-chemical interactions.
4. Define BOM, assembly specification and qualification per standard requirements.
5. Resolve package reliability issues with thorough knowledge in the whole assembly processes.
6. Assembly process SPC, yield improvement, cost, throughput and capability analysis.
7. Working with management and cross functional teams, help develop a packaging roadmap aligned with the company’s product roadmap and revenue targets.
8. Work with device design / product engineering teams and external high-volume packaging vendors. Complete reports, and production documentations.
9. Realize high throughput production with qualified process.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor / management team.
11. Work effectively with overseas assembly vendors and supervise engineers when businesses grow.
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of various package generations, packaging schemes and production tools. Capable of defining clear BOM, assembly parameter optimization and qualification.
1. BSEE/MSEE in mechanical engineering, material science or similar required.
2. Over 5 year experience in semiconductor packaging industry with hands-on design/engineering duties. Experience in semiconductor, microelectronics, power device packaging and assembly, including various die-attach, wire bonding and module assembly preferred.
3. Experience in solder, epoxy die-attach processes, low thermal resistance interfaces, thermal fatigue of interfaces and wire bonding intermetallic growth mechanisms.
4. Experience in multichip, stacked dies packages and assembly automation.
5. Experience in qualification of high voltage/power packages. Qualification in high humidity and corrosive environment a plus Experience in building a supply chain of vendors and service providers.
6. Fluency of ACAD software.
7. Familiarity of package related design/simulation software.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical approach to tasks and understanding of SPC techniques.
9. Capable of delivering to a tight production schedule.

采购主管
【岗位职责】
1、需要主导晶圆Foundry、封装测试厂的采购事务；
2、根据公司战略方向，结合公司客观实际制定年度采购计划，制定可行的部门指标并推进执行；
3、负责采购部门日常管理工作，及时完成公司的采购需求；
4、对采购订单进行审批，对订单交期、品质等状态的整体统筹分析及管控；
5、对重点交期、品质异常事项的主导处理及监管防范；
6、建立供应商管控体系，新供应商开发，核心供应商的引入与管控等；
7、控制整体采购成本，建立成本管控体系，优化采购流程，提升采购效率；
8、完成上级交办的其他工作，协助其它部门的相关工作。
